Definitions:Diversity At the IRS, diversity is a broad concept that encompasses all the differences that employees bring to work. The Service will not forward letters in situations where a family member is simply attempting to trace his/her family tree. Nor will the Service forward letters seeking reparation for obligations due the requester.
